A car accident in Orange County injured two drivers in the City of Buena Park. One driver was trapped inside his vehicle. The accident on March 26th at the intersection of Knott Avenue and Artesia Blvd.
One of the drivers was an elderly female and the other was a male in his 40s. The information was provided to OC Register by the Orange County Fire Department. The Fire Department had to use the Jaws of Life to rescue the male victim. The injured were taken to the UCI Medical Center in the City of Orange.
California follows a comparative negligence system in determining rights of those injured by negligence of another. It is unclear who caused this auto accident. Under comparative negligence, each driver is responsible for percentage of damages attributed to his or her negligence.
