Noopur Mandal

Noopur Mandal is an attorney at Gill Law Group, PC, where she practices out of the firm's Irvine office. Above all, Noopur strives to be an attorney who is empathetic, thoughtful, hardworking, and thorough as she represents her clients. As a natural people person, her relationships with clients set her apart. She takes the time to listen, to validate what her clients are feeling, and to offer clear, thoughtful advice, forming an approach that allows her to build trust and have honest, meaningful conversations with the people she serves.

Noopur began her legal career in public interest work, where she gained valuable experience in both dependency law and family law before recently transitioning into private family law practice. Before becoming an attorney, she worked as a paralegal, an experience that gave her firsthand insight into the legal process and inspired her desire to help others navigate it. She went on to earn her Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Southern California before completing her Juris Doctorate at Loyola Law School.

What Noopur finds most rewarding about her work is the opportunity to help others through what is often one of the most difficult and traumatic periods of their lives. She approaches each case with the same guiding philosophy: listen closely, validate her clients' experiences, and advise them with honesty and care.

Noopur is originally from Cerritos, California, and proudly embraces her Indian heritage. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, staying active with Pilates and tennis, relaxing with a good book, and enjoying a game of pool or a day at the beach. At home, she loves to unwind with time spent with her two cats.
